SHIPPING POLICY
We offer worldwide shipping to ensure you receive your products no matter where you are. All orders require a processing time of 1 to 5 business days before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Standard international shipping typically takes between 15 to 45 business days, depending on your destination and local customs processing. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon arrival in your country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer a comprehensive Buyer Protection guarantee. If you change your mind or are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.
You are entitled to a full refund if your order does not arrive within our guaranteed delivery period (up to 90 days) or if the item you received is significantly different from our description. For items marked with "Free Return," the return shipping cost is on us. For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fees.
